Desire Mapping 101
How do you want to feel? In your heart, your body, your career? When you wake up in the morning, when you speak your truth, when you go after what you want? The desire map is a workshop for clarifying what you truly want in every area of your life, and using that powerful awareness to guide your choices from now on. You will leave this workshop knowing your “core desired feelings.”  This workshop will help you clarify how you want to feel in every area of your life.
Cowry Collective
Old Money Is The New Money – Wealth-building Through Timebanking
What does an abundant life feel like or look like?  How can we live a rich, healthy life under the pressures of a capitalist economy?  Can your human currency become a tool in reaching self-actualization?  Join Chinyere E. Oteh in an inquiry of alternative currency, abundance and community wealth.
In this workshop, Chinyere, founder of The Cowry Collective, a timebank based in St. Louis will share the history of timebanking in the United States, its ties to earlier currency use throughout the world and it’s every day applications to improving quality of life particularly within communities of color.  Chinyere will share the history of the development of The Cowry Collective, a timebank that has grown over the past six years to include a racially and socioeconomically diverse membership of individuals and organizations.  Participants will share in activities that highlight their human capital and the source of true happiness and wealth.  We will conclude the workshop with collectively defining abundance and participants will be invited to pledge one action they will take in the following 21 days to spread wealth such as a pay-it-forward action, an act of self-care, or keeping a gratitude journal.
